GENERAL

⟡ The final product is strictly for personal use only. Commercial use & the additional fees applied to it will be negotiated & discussed directly.⟡ The Artist reserves the right to decline commissions; cancel & refund the money at any time.⟡ The Artist is allowed to display the commission output & post it online or attach it in their portfolio unless told otherwise.⟡ The Client must always credit & link back to the Artist whenever the artwork is posted or displayed in public, including online social media.⟡ The Client must not use the commission in any AI generator, AI learning, blockchain-related technology, cryptocurrency, NFTs, etc.⟡ Any foul behavior will not be tolerated. The commission will be automatically declined & the Client will be added to the Artist's blacklist.

PAYMENT

⟡ The Client has the freedom to choose to pay beyond the specified base prices—the cheaper the Client pays, the fewer details the commission will have, & vice versa.⟡ Pay half up front, then pay the other half once the work is finished. (50/50)⟡ The Artist will only be waiting for the payment within 48 hours.⟡ If the Artist cancels the order, they will refund it to the Client in full.⟡ If the Client cancels the order, they have to pay depending on how much has been drawn. The Client will still receive the work the Artist has done.⟡ While a commission is in progress, if the Client stops contacting & responding to the Artist for more than 4 weeks, the progress of the commission work is stopped & no refunds will be issued.⟡ The Client is eligible for a full refund up to 1 week after the first payment is made, provided that no significant progress has been made on the commission.⟡ If more than 1 week has passed since the first payment & no significant progress has been made, the Client can request a refund, but a 5% kill fee will be deducted.⟡ If the commission is in progress, the refundable amount will be calculated based on the proportion of work completed. The Client will receive the files of the partially completed commission, & a kill fee will be deducted from the refundable amount. The kill fee will be determined based on the complexity of work done up to the point of cancellation.
For example:
- If 25% of the work has been completed, the Client will be refunded 75% of the payment minus the kill fee.⟡ Refunds will be processed within 14 days after the refund request is approved by the Artist.⟡ There will be no refunds once the commission has been finished.⟡ Asking for a rush in schedule/tight schedule subjects the payment to an additional fee of 40%.

PROCESS

⟡ Due to school & other personal responsibilities, completion times of the commissions may vary. Delays will be communicated to the Client with regular updates.⟡ Discussion about what the Client wants, this includes giving character references, pose, etc.⟡ Initial Sketch will be done after the payment is received.⟡ Coloring & rendering will start after the sketch is confirmed.⟡ The finished art will be sent for a final review, & the Client may send feedback.⟡ If the Client does not respond within 2 weeks when the final product has been delivered, the Artist will mark the commission as done, this includes delivering the final files to the unresponsive Client & the end of the revision period.⟡ After the conclusion & delivery, 3 free revisions (minimal alteration requests) will be available for a week.⟡ Additional minimal revisions will cost 5% of the total value whereas 1 major alteration will cost 20% of the total value & will be calculated.
